constant noise poor sound insulation
the breakfast was lovely, and the staff were friendly enough.
I encountered a significant issue. The noise levels were unacceptable. industrial fans ran constantly outside the window, disrupting any attempt to relax. the rooms lacked proper sound insulation, a critical oversight for a hotel aiming for high standards.

friendly staff renovated room added luxuries small room dated hotel wide angle lens
i found the staff to be friendly , helpful and professional throughout the hotel. the rooms have been renovated to a very high standard. it was very clean , and it included all the little added luxuries.
i noticed the room was very small , even by european standards. i thought it seemed more like a slightly tired , dated hotel. the pictures must be taken with a wide angle lens or such.

Acceptable stay. Some issues noted.

small room broken air conditioning
The room looked smaller than the pictures suggested. The air conditioning did not function properly one afternoon. I was informed maintenance would not address the issue until the following morning though I hoped it would be fixed sooner. There was also no room service available after 9:30 PM even though the website indicated 24-hour availability.
